A dedicated desktop mod manager in development for Apple Silicon Macs. Built to bring mod discovery, installation and recovery into one place.
Native game compatibility is still being tested.
What we’re building
The app runs locally on macOS. These are its areas of development; they do not imply that a mod will work in the native Mac game.
Nexus Mods integration
Mod discovery, requirements and download links are being developed. Production account sign-in and end-to-end download flows still need validation.
Managed installations
Installation records, file checks and recovery handling help track changes. A successful file installation is separate from verified in-game compatibility.
Updates and recovery
Work on preparing replacements, preserving backups and recovering interrupted operations is covered by local tests. Wider real-world testing remains.
Installer options
FOMOD package parsing is implemented. A full interactive option-selection workflow is still in development.
Local credential storage
The app uses macOS Keychain for Nexus credentials. This website does not ask you to sign in or provide an API key.
Before the first public release
CyberForge is under active development. There is no public app release or verified, signed and notarized download available from this website.
Native mod compatibility
Prove a working mod in the native Mac game, including the required loader and compiler support. Windows mod binaries cannot be assumed to work on macOS.
Account and install flows
Complete Nexus authentication and test representative free and premium downloads, dependencies, collections and installer options.
Public distribution
Complete Apple Developer ID signing, notarization, clean-machine installation and automated Mac builds before offering a public download.
Target platform: Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 14 or newer, with Cyberpunk 2077 for Mac. Minimum-OS and storefront compatibility still need full acceptance testing.
Status reviewed . Release timing will follow verified compatibility and distribution testing.
A simple, private website
This site has no analytics, tracking cookies, sign-in or submission forms. Its images and fonts are served from this site, without a connection to Google Fonts.
Railway hosts the site and processes technical request data, such as your IP address, requested URL and request time, to deliver and secure it. Links to other websites follow those services’ privacy policies. Read Railway’s privacy policy.
